At Asail Store, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality farm products across Jordan. Because our products are perishable and time-sensitive, our return policy is built around immediate inspection at the moment of delivery.
This policy complies with Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017, which guarantees your right to receive goods that match the description, quality, and condition advertised.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to the following governorates in Jordan:

Amman (عمّان)
Zarqa (الزرقاء)
Irbid (إربد)
Ajloun (عجلون)
Mafraq (المفرق)
Karak (الكرك)

Inspection at Delivery
All customers must inspect their order in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the package. This includes:

Checking eggs for visible cracks, breakage, or leakage
Confirming product quantity matches the order
Verifying the packaging is intact and properly sealed

Once delivery is accepted and the courier leaves, the order is considered approved and in good condition.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
We will issue an immediate refund or replacement in the following cases, reported at the time of delivery only:

Cracked, broken, or leaking eggs
Spoiled or visibly damaged products
Incorrect items shipped
Missing items from your order

Non-Returnable Situations
To protect food safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Damage or spoilage reported after the delivery person has left
Products consumed, opened, or partially used
Issues reported more than a few minutes after delivery acceptance
Change-of-mind returns (perishable goods cannot be resold)

How to Report an Issue
If you notice damage during inspection at delivery:

Do not accept the damaged item from the delivery person
Take a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
Inform the delivery person immediately
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within minutes of delivery

We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund for the affected items.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) via the original payment method within 3–7 business days, or as store credit if you prefer.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Jordanian Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply.
